Ned Daugherty is Design Director at Regenerative Studios. He has over 35 years of professional experience in environmental planning and design, as both an architect and landscape architect. Special expertise includes environmental systems integration, halophytic landscape design, and passive building system design. He has been responsible for a variety of major land planning and architectural projects, valued in excess of $1.2 billion, worldwide. A keystone project was Seawater Farms Eritrea, a 1,000 hectare regenerative seawater agroforestry project in East Africa; the first at-scale commercial application of Regenerative Seawater Agroforestry technology. Mr. Daugherty has taught design at the University of California at Davis and the New School of Architecture in San Diego, CA.

Howard Weiss is Communications Director at Regenerative Studios. Howard has had a career as a marketing and advertising executive, having run his own successful firm in Tucson, AZ, USA.  But Howard's influence extends far beyond the world of advertising.  For over forty years, He has been an advocate managing regenerative seawater agriculture projects. His commitment to sustainable agriculture has had him directing initiatives in diverse locales including Mexico, Egypt, the United States, and Eritrea. He has played a pivotal role in advancing the use of halophytes to create sustainable agricultural solutions. Howard has produced videos and presentations on this innovative work at forums including the United Nations, and institutions such as Yale and Lund Universities

Neal Spackman is CEO at Regenerative Studios. He is a pioneer of hyper-arid agroforestry systems, winner of the Rising Star Award at the World Bank Global Disruptive Tech Challenge, and a Stanford GSB alumnus. He was cofounder, designer, and director of the Al Baydha Project in Saudi Arabia, where he lived for several years with local Bedouin tribesmen and help build a project that successfully demonstrated that restoring ecological health can lead to economic sustainability. As CEO of Regenerative Studios he is responsible for leading an international team of scientists, designers, ecological industry specialists and business professionals, in development of multiple projects around the globe. He has consulted in the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.
